I'm so lame

Sorry for the lack of posts, I went on vacation, read the Twilight books, and have a work conference. I swear I'm not deserting all three of my loyal Ramona fans! I'll have a post up hopefully by the end of the week!

I guarantee you have more than three readers!! You (and Ramona) are too good not to.

I've been slightly neglecting my blog as well...*shame face*

Definitely more than three- I don't remember how I originally got here but since then my sister and I have been checking daily, and we told all our friends! This site is the greatest thing ever.

Can we make a request? Can you do whichever one it is where Ramona throws up in school? That book traumatized me for like, a decade or so.

I am comment #4, so there is now definite proof that there are more than 3. :) I've already started wishing that there were more Ramona books so that there could be more reviews. Although when I tutored at an elementary school one semester in college I discovered that there IS another Ramona book out there that I don't think existed back when I was reading the books. And since I was such a loser I tried to read it on my lunchbreak sometimes since sitting alone in the teacher's lounge made me feel really self-conscious. But I never got to finish it, so I'll have to try to track it down someday.

Comment number 5 here. Just found this blog and it is MADE OF AWESOME. Ramona, besides being incredibly awesome, is the most perfectly-captured REALISTIC child in the history of kiddie lit.

Hey look, I'm number six! Looks like you have at least twice the fans you give yourself credit for.

I love your blog and it is made of win. That is all. :)

Thanks, guys, I'll have to post unposts more often. Lish, I will definitely do that one. I think it's Ramona Forever, but I'm not sure, I plan to do them all, but my local used book store is sadly lacking in the Ramona books right now, so the Mouse and the Motorcycle is next.

The one where she throws up in school is Ramona Quimby, Age 8... I'm almost positive on that. It was the first Ramona book I ever read, and I read it when I first discovered the existence of Ramona when I myself was also 8. I'd read The Mouse on the Motorcycle in first or second grade from a book fair in school and then my mother decided to buy me one of Beverly Cleary's other books. :)
